All support considers unconscious bias to ensure equality, diversity and inclusion within the organisation.  Working alongside our trusted, collaborative partners, our emotional and physical support covers a range of complementary topics to enhance employee engagement and commitment to ‘Wellbeing in the Workplace’.   Topics include, Financial Wellbeing, Resilience, Introduction to Unconscious Bias, Meditation/Yoga, Mindfulness and Nutrition.

Our bespoke sessions currently being delivered to Oil & Gas, Food & Drink, Construction and IT industries are tailored for your leaders, managers, and employees. We offer one, two or four-hour sessions providing tips, tools, and confidence to support each other as we adapt to new ways of working.

What is Mental Health, Mental Health in the Workplace, Mental Health Conditions, Signs & Symptoms, Supporting Your Team/Supporting One Another and Mental Health and Me.

Engagement sessions are delivered online or face-to-face, when permitted, in an office environment.

Delegates attending our four-hour session will gain a FAA (First Aid Awards) certification (Level 1 Ofqual/Level 4 SQA).

We offer SQA, Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework (SCQF) in Scotland and OfQual, Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) in the remainder of the UK.

Courses are delivered by Distance Learning (classroom when permitted).

The qualification is valid for three years from the date of achievement.

Course providing learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions, the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost an individual towards professional help.

Course covering the content of Level 4 plus drugs and alcohol, the First Aid Mental Health Action Plan, and the approach to sustain a positive mental health culture within the workplace.

Course taking an in-depth look at a wide range of mental health conditions, their signs and symptoms alongside guidance on how to start a mental health conversation. This course also covers the First Aid Mental Health Action Plan and approach to sustain a positive mental health culture within the workplace.
